cuhk transcript submission covering sheet

Res Transcript (e-Copy Version) Chinese University of Hong Kong. Transcripts in Chinese version (only applicable to applicants who graduated in 2011 and thereafter) are available. However, applicants MUST notify our Section by email ( transcript@cuhk.edu.hk) within the first day of submitting the application of this special requirement. Longer processing time is required. The official transcript should be put in a sealed envelope, together with this covering sheet, and to be sent directly to the School/Programme which you wish to apply for. 3. Make copies of this covering sheet for use if you apply transcripts.
